
Dick Olmore - Board Chair
Dick has served on the PRC Board since 2007. He is a graduate of California State University at Northridge. Dick retired in the fall of 2008, previously acting as co-owner of Master’s Construction. He has been married for 45 years, has one son and three daughters and eight grandchildren. Dick enjoys fishing, camping, golf, travel and working with wood and metal. He is a member of Grace Community Bible Church.

Kevin Andrews - Treasurer
Kevin has served on the PRC Board since 2007. He is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and President of Universal Business Insurance. Kevin has been married for 30 years, has a son and daughter, and a new grand-daughter. He enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, and traveling. Kevin is a member of Light of the Valley Lutheran Church where he serves as a Deacon.

Karen Charnholm - Secretary
Karen joined the PRC board in 2010. She has a degree in communications from Westminster College. She and her husband, Jim, are blessed by having their married son and married daughter with five grandchildren all living in the area. Karen has been an active member of the Evangelical Free Church of Salt Lake City for over 30 years. She enjoys being involved in women’s groups, Bible studies, boating, playing bridge, and traveling with her retired husband.
Dianne Matthews
Dianne Matthews is a freelance writer and author of four one-year devotional books. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English, and a master’s in Guidance and Counseling. In past years she served in various roles at the Pregnancy Resource Center in Champaign, Illinois. She also experienced the perspective of being a parent of a pregnant teen girl who benefited from the Center’s training and resources. Dianne and her husband have been married since 1974 and moved to the Salt Lake City area in 2011 when Richard accepted a job at Kennecott. They have three children and three grandchildren; unfortunately, none of them live anywhere near Utah. Dianne and Richard attend Canyons Church.
Craig A. Franco
Mr. Franco is the CEO & President of International Rarities, Inc., a rare coin company that specializes in the “rarest of the rare” having personally evaluated, bought and sold over $100 million worth of gold, silver, rare coins, paper money, rare financial documents; stocks, bonds etc., rare stamps, fine art, rare documents, rare photos, American Indian and Old West memorabilia, rare books, antique silk tapestries (1700-1899), rare cigar labels, and ceramics.
Mr. Franco has consulted to many of the world’s foremost collectors, investors and organizations including the Vatican Treasury, the Forbes Galleries and the Prince Lazarus Long Foundation. Mr. Franco is active in the community serving as President of The Catholic Business Network and is a passionate advocate of children’s issues. Mr. Franco received his Bachelor of Arts in Music from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Jennifer Vander Wilt
Jennifer joined the PRC board in 2011. She graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. She and her husband, Chas, have two daughters, and they are very excited to have a new grandson and another one on the way. Jennifer enjoys traveling, reading, women’s Bible studies, and spending time with her family. She attends Grace Community Bible Church.
